Coker College is proud to serve United States veterans and their dependents.
Coker College has been designated a Military Friendly® School
The GI Bill is outlined by chapters and the specific chapter that you apply for will be listed on your Certificate of Eligibility (COE). A summary of the Veteran Administrations Education Benefits Guide, developed by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, can help in determining your benefit eligibility and can be found at the website for the Veterans Benefits Administration.
Department of Defense Tuition Assistance Program
An active duty Army Reserve or National Guard student may be eligible for the Department of Defense Tuition Assistance program. The service member would discuss options with his or her military education liaison and apply for tuition assistance at GoArmyEd.com.
The formation of a Coker College student veterans group is in progress. If you are interested in participating in this program, please contact Angela White.
On-campus counselors are available to meet with any student—including veterans, veterans' dependents, and students on active-duty. Please contact the Counseling Center to schedule an appointment.
