As an online student, it’s important that you have the tools you need to be successful. Coker offers technological support through our IT Helpdesk, along with a variety of resources that can be easily accessed from any location.
Student Success Coaches
Every online student will be assigned their own student success coach. These staff members serve as your point person at Coker, helping you through multiple areas of the college experience, including course registration, navigating online platforms, developing study skills, and adjusting to your new life as a college student.
Coker College uses Google’s G Suite for Education, which means that every student, professor, and staff member has access to tools like GMail, Google Docs, a Google Drive with unlimited storage space, and chat or video conferencing through Hangouts.
Student Solution Center
The Student Solution Center is your one-stop shop for anything related to your bill, financial aid, transcripts, registration, and much more. Need help with something else? Simply contact the Student Solution Center, and if they can’t help you, they’ll put you in touch with someone who can.
