Andrea Manuel Hennessy had an outstanding career on the volleyball court for the Cobras. She was a four-year member of the women’s volleyball team from 2002-06, and was a four-time team captain and was named team MVP all four years. She was a two-time All-Carolinas-Virginia Athletic Conference (CVAC) performer in 2004 and 2005, and in 2005 she was a CVAC All-Tournament team selection.
Hennessy finished her collegiate career ranked No. 1 all-time at Coker in digs with 1,938 and in service aces with 233. She is also second all-time in kills with 1,513, fifth in blocks with 161 and she had a career hitting percentage of .205.
