The David R. and May R. Coker Center was built in 1973 and is named for the son of Major James Lide Coker, founder of the College, and his wife, both longtime college benefactors. David R. Coker was the founder of Coker's Pedigreed Seed Company.
The David R. and May R. Coker Center is home to the Bookstore and Post Office. It's also where We Proudly Serve Starbucks and WOW Chicken are located.
The second floor houses the Student Solution Center and the Student Experience Office. The Student Solution Center is the one spot where students can go to find the answers to any questions about their student experience, including Academic Records, Student Accounts, and Financial Aid. In the Student Experience Office, you will find offices for Student Activities and Leadership, Trans4mations & Community Service, the Dean of Students, and the Campus Activities Board & Student Government Association.
