Immunizations

All Coker students living on campus are required to meet the immunization requirements listed below August 1 if you are enrolling in the fall semester, or January 5 if you are enrolling in the spring.

Required Immunizations
All residential students must complete and submit the following:
- Coker University Immunization Status Form
- Tuberculin skin test (PPD)/IGRA test (if needed as determined in the Immunization form)
- - Tuberculin Skin Test Form
  - Interferon Gamma Release Assay form (IGRA)
Recommended Immunizations
- Hepatitis A (2 doses)
- Hepatitis B (3 doses)
- Varicella (chicken pox)-(2 doses)
- Quadrivalent Human Papillomavirus Vaccine (HPV) (3 doses)
- Influenza (flu)
- Meningitis
- COVID-19
Immunization Exemptions

If you are seeking an immunization exemptions for religious or medical reasons, please contact Coker University Residence Life Office at 843-383-8360 for the Immuization Exemptions form. Any medical contraindications should be documented by your religious leader or a health care provider.
