Lena Ambos Meeks

I remember so many of the friends I made in my one short year at Coker. I returned to Savannah and attended Armstrong State College. I interned for one year at Candler Hospital through the college and became a Medical Technologist. I was employed there for over 40 years. I worked in the Chemistry Dept. of the laboratory my last 30 years.
I enjoyed my year at Coker but was a little homesick. I love Savannah and will probably never move. I encouraged my children to both go away to college if only for one year. You really grow up.
