Registration Fee:

$25.00 - Fee per each employer or college/school (online payment option available at the end of the online registration)
Includes: One eight-foot table and chairs for up to two representatives, refreshments, parking, and a resume book for employers.

The $25.00 fee is non-refundable. However, if you/your representatives are no longer able to attend the fair, please notify the Career Development Office.

Your boxes and displays will be waiting at your table when you arrive to the fair on Wednesday.

DISCLAIMER:The career center cannot be responsible for employer displays; we serve only as a holding location. Coker College will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected mailings of displays. To confirm your display was received, please call your shipping company to track your package.

Return Shipping Instructions:

Bring a shipping label with your company account number for return shipping.
Your recruiters will box your items for shipping and drop off at the designated employer shipping location at the end of the fair.

Please see campus map below. Parking is free, but please park in the lots adjacent to the DeLoach Center. We will have signs and students directing you on where to park and assisting you with unloading your material.

  • Could you tell me a little more about Coker College?
  • What are some options for me if I want to come to your campus to meet students?
    • We always encourage employers to visit our campus and meet with our students. If the Career and Graduate School Fair does not work for your schedule, please contact our office to set up a time to visit and meet with interested students.
  • Can I hold interviews on campus?
    • The Office of Career Development would be more than happy to host your on-campus interviews. We will have (four) rooms reserved but they will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. You are encouraged to indicate this on your registration form and the interviews will be held the following morning. At the conclusion of the fair, you will turn in your interview schedule to the Career Development Office.

  • Who is invited to the Career and Graduate School Fair?
    • Coker College undergraduate and graduate students in all fields of study. Coker College alumni are invited and encouraged to attend the fair as well. The Career and Graduate School Fair is not open to the general public.
  • Who should I contact to set up next-day interviews after the Career Fair?
    • Please indicate on the registration form if you plan on conducting interviews the following morning. The slots and times will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. Employer may decide the day of the event to host interviews the following morning, but rooms will only be provided if still available.
