Message for Supporters:

We’re excited to welcome you and your student to orientation! Please note that overnight accommodations are provided only for students. If you are traveling from out of town and wish to stay overnight, we kindly ask that you arrange your own accommodations. There are several hotels and lodging options nearby for your convenience – many offer a Coker rate, so make sure to mention you are here for a Coker event. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you at orientation!

Is there a specific schedule for supporters?

Yes. The role you play in your student’s Coker journey in significant. We understand that you are entrusting us with their care and education. We take that responsibility seriously. So, throughout the orientation, you will have an opportunity to sit in on sessions and get to know the staff at Coker who will work closely with your student.

Day 1: Supporter Sessions from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Day 2: Supporter Sessions from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

What should we do when we don’t have a session?

Explore Coker and Hartsville! Browse the downtown shops, grab a bite to eat and a local restaurant, or head over to Kalmia Gardens of Coker University and experience one of South Carolina’s top botanical destinations.
